Her background includes hands-on patient care in Physical therapy, Healthcare administrative work including health insurance management, managing patient short- and long-term disability, unemployment and FMLA needs. She has experience in onboarding and compliance while working for a Mid-sized, multi-state healthcare company.

Nicole’s diverse background has provided her with transferable and meaningful skills such as communication, empathy, leadership and process improvement.

When Nicole is not working, she enjoys camping with her husband and 3 Pomeranians, enjoying all the beauty Michigan has to offer.
