As our client base grows we often add HR Interns, HR Coordinators, Executive Coaches, and HR professionals at a Generalist/Manager or Director level depending on the complexity and volume of the work. We require all of our HR professionals to either be certified at time of hire or commit to being certified within one year of hire. We support our team’s professional growth by offering continuing education opportunities that ensure certifications are maintained and professional growth and interests are supported.
