Molly Steele is an HR professional with more than 8 years of human resources experience across technology start-ups and non-profit organizations. She has led recruiting, onboarding, compliance, payroll, benefits, and leave administration in multi-state and global environments. In her roles, Molly has implemented an organizational transition from a PEO, developed performance management systems, managed HRIS administration, and served as an HR advisor to executives. During her free time, Molly enjoys road cycling, creating Star Trek trivia, and skiing.
