Michele is a seasoned Human Resources professional with over 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources. Michele has experience in all facets of HR with particular strengths in the areas of compliance, employee relations and investigations, process improvement, talent acquisition, talent management & development and managing HRIS systems including implementations (Workday, Paylocity, ADP and BambooHR).

Prior to joining HR Advantage Advisory, Michele worked for companies such as Troy Design & Manufacturing, Schindler Elevator Corporation and Softura where she built the organization’s first HR department from the ground up.

During her free time, Michele enjoys taking dance classes, reading and traveling.
