Annette Cataldi is an experienced strategy consultant, executive coach, and leader in human resources and business management. Annette has been coaching executives for over 15 years and has corporate management experience in both private and public companies including working as a Vice President of Human Resources for a Fortune 200 automotive company. Her background in human resources and talent management provides her many diverse experiences to bring to her engagements. Annette also has extensive experience in business legacy planning, strategy development and implementation, organizational change, due diligence, and cultural assimilation due to mergers and acquisitions.

Annette enjoys spending time in Northern Michigan with her husband and two children, golfing, biking, snowshoeing, and simply just being there.
