Holly Maurer-Klein is an experienced executive consultant and coach and senior-level HR practitioner. She has earned a reputation as a trusted advisor, a skilled and experienced leadership coach and a consultant and trainer. She has held executive HR roles at rapid growth companies and was the Founder/CEO of a successful HR consulting firm providing strategic advice and consultation to corporate and non-profit clients.
Holly is a frequent presenter, including being selected as a speaker at the national SHRM conference on the topic, “Introverts and Extroverts: How much Space is Too Much Space?” She is a winner of the PA Department of Community and Economic Development’s award, “Best 50 Women in Business.” With a focus on enhancing communication and connection, Holly helps clients develop resilience, reframe negative experiences, and enhance critical emotional regulation skills. She is a published writer, experienced mediator, and passionate life-long learner. Her strategic focus and belief in the ability of people to learn, grow, and change fuels and informs her coaching practice.
Holly lives in Pittsburgh with her husband Paul and in her spare time enjoys spending time with her adult daughters who all turned out okay, travel and actively participating in walking/reading/writing groups.
