Kristin brings with her over 25 years of senior level HR experience (domestic and global) in both Fortune 500 and medium sized companies with particular strengths in employee/labor relations, recruiting/staffing, leadership development, strategic planning, compensation, team building/development, employee engagement, change management, M&A, organizational development/design and training.
Prior to joining HR Advantage Advisory, Kristin held leadership roles leading teams in the development and delivery of HR strategies in both manufacturing and services industries. Kristin also has experience in labor relations both “in the trenches” as well as systemwide.
As one of the first employees with HRAA, Kristin has been integral to the growth and development of not only client organizations but also for HRAA. Kristin approaches HR as a business partner first and leads a team focused on truly understanding client needs and designing HR solutions aligned to their business strategies.
Kristin enjoys traveling both domestically and internationally, golfing, and spending time with her golden retriever Marco, whose tail can often be seen on Zoom calls!
