Kellie brings with her over 20 years of payroll and 10 years of HR experience in both medium and large companies. Kellie’s strengths are in payroll, full cycle benefit administration, recruiting and employee relations.

Prior to joining the HR Advantage Advisory team, Kellie worked as a Payroll/HR Specialist where she led benefit open enrollment, onboarding and offboarding, and new hire training.

Kellie is in the Princeton, NJ area and is married to her husband Chris. Together they have a daughter, Greta. They also have a very much-loved Golden Retriever, Penny. When Kellie is not working, she is highly involved with her PTA school board role, whipping up a meal for friends and family, traveling and spending time at their New Jersey shore home.
