Franko Struga is an HR professional with several years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, and employee support across a variety of industries. Prior to joining HR Advantage Advisory, Franko worked as an HR / Talent Management Specialist with The Dako Group, an Artech company, where he supported recruitment strategies, employee onboarding, and HR process improvements. He also held HR roles with Trion Solutions, where he gained experience as both an HR Clerk and HR Generalist, supporting compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations.

Franko’s areas of expertise include onboarding, leave administration, compliance, HRIS/payroll system support, talent acquisition, and employee relations. He has partnered with managers and business leaders to ensure compliance with state and federal labor laws while helping to create positive and efficient employee experiences. He is passionate about approaching HR as a collaborative business partner and supporting organizations in aligning people processes with business objectives.

In his free time, Franko enjoys spending quality time with family & friends, staying active with exercise or sports, and exploring new ways to live a balanced life.
