Michele has more than 20 years of strategic and practical HR experience, with particular expertise in talent management, organizational development, and employee relations. Prior to joining HR Advantage Advisory, Michele led the talent function for a multi-site childcare organization with more than 1,000 locations across 37 states. She also spent ten years at the global headquarters of a Fortune 500 company, where she established and led the organization’s first talent management function.

Michele serves as the consulting lead for clients across a wide range of industries, helping organizations address complex workforce challenges and strengthen their HR practices. Her experience includes implementing HR and payroll functions for growing organizations, leading HR technology implementations, improving recruiting and hiring processes, conducting workplace investigations, developing policies and procedures, providing employee relations support, and designing and delivering customized management and employee training programs. She also provides leadership coaching and guidance to help managers navigate workplace and performance-related issues.

Known for her practical and business-focused approach, Michele quickly assesses client needs and develops compliant, effective HR solutions that support organizational goals and drive results.

Michele spends her spare time taking adult-only trips to Walt Disney World and weekend “glamping” trips around Northern Michigan.
