Isabella Ala is a recent graduate of Michigan State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a minor in Leadership. Throughout her academic journey, Isabella developed a strong foundation in the principles of HR while also gaining leadership skills that equip her to navigate complex organizational dynamics effectively.

Isabella has had hands-on experience across various aspects of Human Resources, from recruitment and talent acquisition to the more operational, behind-the-scenes functions that drive successful HR strategies. She is particularly skilled in understanding both the people and process side of HR, making her a well-rounded professional capable of contributing to multiple facets of HR management.

In summer of 2023, Isabella had the opportunity to intern with our organization, where she gained valuable experience and contributed significantly to our HR operations. Now, as a Shared Services Representative, Isabella is excited to return to the HRAA team, bringing her fresh perspective, dedication, and a deep understanding of HR best practices to support our organization’s goals. With her academic background, practical experience, and enthusiasm for the field, Isabella is eager to continue making meaningful contributions to the team and further her professional growth in Human Resources.
